We feel changing their diet can lead to problems.
Therefore please bring along own food as every cats has their own preferred diet .Kindly provide us the feeding instruction
Pet Belongings
To ensure the health and safety we recommended not to bringing in personal items. All cats must have collars removed when being boarded (upon check in).It all present a risk of these items being lost or damaged.
We are of course here to care for our boarders 7 days a week.
You may drop off or pick up your pet 6 days a week.
We do not accept drop offs or pick-ups on Wednesday & selected public holiday.
We are not only operate with fixed hours as many boarding facilities do, we operate by APPOINTMENT too.
Check in – 10am, Check out – 3pm
* Late check-out – chargers may apply accordingly
Early drop off time : 9am & pick up time: 7pm

Caution : if you don’t schedule a drop off or pick up time or show up in a different time than the appointment we may not be available to serve you .All we required in return is that you inform us in advance by making appointment
